  • Do not disclose your Username, Password and Trading Pin to anyone. Your Password and Trading Pin are designed to protect the privacy of your online trade information.
  • Please change your Password and Trading Pin regularly. If you think your Password or Trading Pin has been compromised, kindly contact us immediately to reset your Password or Trading Pin.
  • Do not use the "Remember/Save Password" function because your credential can be easily accessed by hacktivists.
  • Ensure your account information such as contact number, email address and password are updated and to be alert of any unauthorized changes.
  • Please monitor your online account regularly, review all transactions promptly and be conscious of any unusual or irregular activities.
  • Please use Paconline website address (URL) or use a bookmark or favourite to enter Paconline trading website. Avoid accessing Paconline website via hyperlink embedded in email, internet search engine or suspicious pop-up windows.
  • Always ensure that Paconline website address appears with https:// and a security icon in the form of lock or key appears next to https. Paconline website is encrypted using the proven Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol that enables secure communication over internet and wireless network.
  • Disable any wireless network (WIFI) not in use and choose encrypted networks before accessing to any WIFI.
